ALS Global Exercise Support Group

General
Military commands throughout the world conduct training exercises at all levels. There is a critical shortage of trained, professional exercise support groups able to cover these training events in both design and execution. Each Regional Combatant Command (RCC) has dozens of exercises each year that range from Battalion Tactical Training to major Headquarters readiness exercises. Often, the RCC or its subordinate Service component must task an ad hoc fill of augmentees to serve as exercise designers and controllers.

Overall Description
The ALS Global Exercise Support Group is a professional organization that specializes in military, security, and disaster response exercises. It provides an Operations Group capable of constructing, executing, and providing feedback to units in training at the tactical and operational levels of war. The core of The ALS Global Exercise Support Group plans and supervises execution of exercises, and augments itself with a tailored group of carefully selected individuals with the required experience needed to meet or exceed all contract deliverables.

Training Audiences
The ALS Global Exercise Support Group tailors its support to each training audience. From Battalion Command Post Exercises, to operational headquarters conducting simulation supported training events, The ALS Global Exercise Support Group’s participation is designed to bring the required mix of experience and capabilities to meet or exceed its contract deliverables. The ALS Global Exercise Support Group can provide support to units conducting Service, Joint, or Combined operations, to include Peacekeeping missions, as well as Humanitarian Assistance and Federal / State Disaster Relief training.
